The Company operates a Norwich Union Stakeholder pension plan which staff are eligible to join on commencing employment.
After two years’ continuous service with the Company staff will be entitled to death in service cover. The level of cover currently stands at one year’s salary.
As a Company employee you will be entitled to take advantage of the staff discount on room rates and meals in any of the Group hotels.
Meals are provided during the course of the working day.
Depending on the job role, uniform is provided free of charge.
The nature of work may mean that staff can, on occasions either start work very early in the morning and/or finish late at night. In consideration for this flexibility and also in the interests of personal health and safety, the Company may provide transport to/from work as appropriate.
