As we continue to upgrade and refurbish our properties, we maintain our focus on sourcing the most sustainable materials available, examples of these include:

- Sustainable insulation of walls & roofs at Stormont Hotel

- We have upgraded our air handling to energy efficient systems

- We have already replaced the majority of our gas fuelled kitchen equipment to renewable electricity

We try to ensure, as far as is practical and available, the use of renewable energy sources.
